Refund Policy

LAVANIO is meant to pay for itself. If it doesn't, you should be able to get your money back easily — here is exactly how.

30-day money-back guarantee

LAVANIO offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no explanation required. The guarantee applies to your subscription payment for the current billing period.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all LAVANIO orders. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or reply to the receipt email Paddle sent you. You can also email support@lavanio.com and we will raise the request with Paddle on your behalf.

What you need

Have your Paddle order or invoice number ready — every invoice is listed on the Invoices page inside LAVANIO, where you can also download the receipt PDF.

Cancelling your subscription

Cancelling and refunding are separate things. You can cancel at any time from Settings or the Paddle customer portal; your plan then stops renewing and you keep access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling on its own does not trigger a refund — request one as described above if you want your last payment returned.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, contact us or Paddle within 30 days of that charge and we will refund it under the guarantee above.

Processing times

Once approved, Paddle returns the funds to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the money usually appears within 5–10 business days.

Questions

Payment, billing and refund mechanics are also covered by Paddle's Refund Policy at https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy and Paddle's Buyer Terms at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. If anything is unclear, email support@lavanio.com — we would rather sort it out than have you feel stuck.
